Customers may choose to provide delivery drivers with access/lockbox codes, keys, or other means of entry into their private residence or delivery location at their own risk. LiveFit will help to facilitate any such request, but does not solicit or promote such actions, and is not responsible for loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of this personal choice. Order delivery addresses cannot be switched after an order has been placed.
