Subscribe'N Save is our subscription program that lets you save on orders and lets us do the ordering for you! By creating a subscription, you can save up to 10% of your entire order plus get free shipping for every order that we ship as a part of your subscription. You can get your order automatically delivered to you whenever you like (every 2 weeks, once every month, you tell us!). We'll charge your card a few days before shipment to make sure you get your delivery on-time too! You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime, without any commitments.
You must have a minimum of $100 of meals (after the 10% discount) in your cart in order to qualify for Subscribe'N Save. Certain items (including select Packages, Cleanses and Grocery items) may not count towards minimums and therefore may not qualify for a subscription.
Our Classic and Keto meals contain 4oz of protein, 4oz of carbs and 4oz of vegetables with sauce.
Our Large meals are 27% larger than our Classic meals, and contain 50% more protein with 6oz of protein, 5oz of carbs and 5oz of vegetables with sauce.
We're proud to service all of Canada including Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia among other provinces and locales! Due to the perishable nature of our product and time-sensitive delivery, there are some areas that our delivery partners cannot service at this time. Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@livefitfoods.ca to determine if we deliver to your location.
We offer free shipping if you subscribe with us! Shipping costs vary from $10.95 and up, depending on your delivery area. The larger your order, the cheaper the shipping! The best way to find out how much you will pay for shipping is to build an order.
Your meals are precious, and we treat them like it too! All packages containing meals are shipped in well-insulated boxes with corrugated liners, multiple long-lasting ice packs and eco-friendly packaged air to keep your meals secure and cool. If you decide to add more meals for any order or would like to grab a handful of samples too, we'll make the decision to add a second box to avoid overpacking too.
We deliver once per week - Wednesdays across Canada!
We are proud of the logistics network we've developed over our many years, which is why we're able to service you in as fast as 24 hours! Once you place your order, our production team will get chopping and cooking! All you do have to do is sit back, get your work done or whatever else you have going on in your life - we'll get your meals cooked, shipped and delivered fast.
We rely on a network of logistics partners who each have their own policies for deliveries.
In general, you may choose to provide delivery drivers with access/lockbox codes, keys, or other means of entry into your residence or delivery location at your own risk. Though we're more than happy to help facilitate any such request, we do not solicit or promote such actions. If you are not home to receive your delivery, the delivery driver may leave the package in a safe spot at the address you provide. If the driver does not feel there is a safe spot to leave your package, they make another delivery attempt. Simply put, we're not responsible for loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of providing specific delivery instructions or you not being present during delivery.
In order for our chefs to prepare your order fresh, we have certain online order cut off times for certain delivery days.
For Wednesday delivery, orders must be placed before Friday at 9 PM EST
You can remove and swap out meals in your ongoing subscription. To do so, simply login to your account and follow the steps below:
1. On the product you are wanting to change, select "Manage Subscription"
2. Select the product image from the left hand side, and then select "Swap Product"
3. Browse meals or use search bar to pull up the specific item you are wanting, then hit "Swap Product".
Here is a video showing the step by step process to swap out your meals. This must be completed prior to your next charge/order date in order to be inputted into our system
In order to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your credit card is charged. You can log into your account by clicking on the Account icon in the menu, go to Manage Subscription and click on Cancel Order. By cancelling the subscription, you are cancelling all future orders. This will not cancel any orders you've already been charged for or are currently being processed.
Most of our meals stay fresh for 7 days after your selected delivery date. Yes, our meals are fresh with no preservatives added from us!
Our meals are cooked to order, meaning we only make them when you order them. Depending on your delivery date, you can safely store meals in your fridge for a few days until they're all consumed. If you find you may not be able to finish or discard your meals prior to the printed best before date, you can easily freeze your meals for up to 90 days! Yes, our meal containers are freezer-safe!
Our meal containers are freezer, microwave and oven safe - that's right! Remove cardboard sleeve, the plastic film, remove the sauce container if there is one before heating. The containers are BPA-free, recyclable, oven safe and microwave safe.
OVEN: Recommended if you are heating your meals from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 350'F. The container should be placed on a baking sheet. Remove the plastic film. Heat food thoroughly for approximately 10-20 minutes. The internal temperature should be 140 degrees F (60'C) or above. Remove from oven carefully. Caution contents are very hot. You may need to stir your food halfway into your heating cycle to ensure the food is heated thoroughly.
MICROWAVE: Remove the plastic film and microwave for 3-5 minutes. The internal temperature should be 140 degrees F (60'C) or above. Remove from microwave carefully. Caution contents are very hot. You may need to stir your food halfway into your heating cycle to ensure the food is heated thoroughly.
PAN FRY: Place the food from your container into a pan and heat at medium until your food is steaming. The internal temperature should be 140 degrees F (60'C) or above. Caution contents are very hot.

Due to the current local and global circumstances as well our cooking capacity, we cannot accommodate any modifications to any meals.
LiveFit is a proud Canadian company, based and operating in Canada. We cook and ship all our meals from our large cooking facility in London, ON!
We highly-recommend you contact our support team to ask about the ingredients used in any specific meals. We cannot accommodate any modifications to meals or packages for any reason. You are responsible for ensuring you are ordering meals that are compliant with your dietary restrictions. Order notes will not be considered during the selection process of your order.
As of April 2020, LiveFit no longer uses Halal meat. We are exploring revisiting this option, we hope by 2025 to have Halal meat through a new supplier.
If a delivery day (Tuesday) lands on a Statutory holiday, orders will be delivered on the next available delivery day. For example, Tuesday deliveries move to Wednesday.
We do not collect the packaging. The cardboard box, box liner, paper wrapping, and trays can all be recycled. For the ice packs, you can reuse them! Or you can cut them open and empty contents into the garbage (do not put down the sink) and then recycle the bag.
