How does it work?
Your meals are prepared fresh and delivered straight to your door. Simply heat and enjoy!
What is the order minimum?
Your order must be at least $50 in total excluding discounts and taxes.
I’ve just placed an order. When will my order arrive?
All Ground Delivery (available in London,
Toronto/GTA & St. Thomas in Ontario) orders will arrive on a Sunday,
Tuesday or Thursday before 9pm depending on the delivery date you select upon checkout.

All shipping in Canada besides London,
Toronto/GTA & St. Thomas orders are packed in insulated cooler boxes with
biodegradable ice packs. They will arrive at the address provided to us before 9pm on the delivery day you select upon checkout. Only Tuesdays and Thursdays are available for shipping orders.

If you are not home to receive your delivery then the delivery driver will leave the package in a safe spot at the address you provide us with. If the driver does not feel that there is a safe spot to leave it then they will make another delivery attempt the following day (Please note that the driver may leave a notice on your door notifying you to pick up your package at a specific courier location).

You may decide to ship it to your house or your workplace. If a long weekend, or holiday occurs our shipments may a day later then expected. Check with our customer service staff to confirm.
Can I provide the driver with a key or my access code? Can I change my delivery address after my order is submitted?
Customers may choose to provide delivery drivers with access/lockbox codes, keys, or other means of entry into their private residence or delivery location at their own risk. LiveFit will help to facilitate any such request, but does not solicit or promote such actions, and is not responsible for loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of this personal choice. If you wish to do so, please let us know in the comment box upon checkout.

Order delivery addresses cannot be switched after an order has been placed.
Do you recommend to freeze the meals?
If you don't plan on consuming your meals within 5 days of receiving them we recommend to freeze them to prolong the life of the meal. The containers the food comes in are freezable and ensures the food is protected from freezer burn for up to 90 days.
When will my meals expire?
5 days in the fridge and 90 days in the freezer.
If I click the recurring option upon checkout, how does it work?
Your entire cart will be added to our recurring subscription program and will be automatically processed and sent to you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. If you wish to modify, pause or cancel your order you can do so by clicking on the "my account" button at the top of your screen. Your new recurring orders (2nd, 3rd, 4th order...etc) will be submitted and charged automatically 7 days from your original order date (or the frequency you choose) in the mornings so if you wish to modify, pause or cancel your order you must do so before your order is submitted again.
How do I heat my meals?
All of our meal containers are microwave-safe and BPA-free. Open a corner of the lid and microwave for 2-4 minutes (if your meal contains any sauce containers, remove those before heating). Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference. Containers are also oven safe! All meals must be reheated before consumption. Enjoy!
What are your delivery/shipping areas?
We deliver/ship Canada-wide! Shipping rates vary by region.

Note: we only deliver meat products within Ontario.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies based on location. Ontario and Quebec customers can benefit from FREE shipping on orders over $200, with FREE shipping on orders over $250 everywhere else in Canada.
Do I need to/Can I return the containers?
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returned containers. All of the containers provided are reusable (and make great home organizers!). If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle.
What if I am allergic or there is something I do not like in the meals?
There is a comment box upon checkout where you are able to leave us detailed information about allegies and food that you don't like.
Can I add seasoning, sauces and condiments to my meals?
Of course! But we recommend that you choose a healthier, low sugar/sodium options whenever possible.
Does LiveFit use Halal meat in its cooking?
As of April 2020, LiveFit no longer uses Halal meat. The Halal package is no longer offered. If you'd like to see LiveFit go back to offering Halal meat, shoot us an email at and share your thoughts!
What if I’m on medication?
