These scrumptious beetballs are made with fresh beets, lentils and a touch of lemon juice! You'll be amazed by their bright red colour and surprisingly rich flavour!
Ingredients: Brown lentils, fresh red beets, fresh onions, non-GMO soy flour, non-GMO canola oil, apple cider vinegar, pure organic lemon juice, ground flaxseed, potato starch, fresh garlic, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, oregano.

For best results, prepare in a skillet.
Stovetop: In a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil, brown for 5-6 minutes on all sides.
In a sauce: Prepare your favourite sauce in a pot and heat it up. Fry the meatballs separately in a skillet as explained above. Add the cooked meatballs to your sauce just before serving.
Baked: Place the meatballs on a baking sheet with lightly oiled parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
