Conventional or toaster oven: Cut your favourite veggies and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour all the contents of the thawed pouch and mix together. Bake everything in a preheated oven at 420ºF for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Barbecue: Cut your favourite veggies and place them in a large bowl with all the contents of the thawed pouch. Mix everything together and then skewer the tofu and veggies. Place the skewers on a preheated grill, 2 minutes per side, and then drizzle some sauce over top. Heat the remaining sauce and use as a dip.
