In these burgers, we combine hearty black beans with lots of irresistibly creamy sweet potatoes! The flavour is kicked up with a bit of smoky paprika and apple cider vinegar and lots of fresh parsley! You'll be proud to serve these gourmet burgers to your family!

Ingredients: Black beans, fresh sweet potatoes, fresh onions, gluten-free oats, ground flaxseed, fresh parsley, apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil, potato starch, tomatoes, fresh carrots, sea salt, fresh garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika.

Cooking instructions (burgers are fully cooked, do NOT that before heating):

Stove: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side in a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan. Let stand for 1 minute.

Barbecue: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side on a preheated and lightly oiled grill. Let stand for 1 minute.

Conventional or toaster oven: Place on a baking sheet with lightly oiled parchment paper in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute.
