Ingredients: Chickpeas, quinoa, fresh onions, fresh carrots, pure lemon juice*, fresh dill, GMO-free canola oil, ground flaxseed, soy flour*, fresh parsley, potato starch, gluten-free & GMO-free tamari sauce, sea salt, fresh garlic, raw cane sugar*.

Cooking instructions: Burgers are pre-cooked. Do NOT thaw before heating.

Stove: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side in a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan. Let stand for 1 minute.

Barbecue: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side on a preheated and lightly oiled grill. Let stand for 1 minute.

Conventional or toaster oven: Place on a baking sheet with lightly oiled parchment paper in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute.
