Ingredients: Green lentils, fresh onions, fresh eggplant, gluten-free oats, fresh carrots, ground flaxseed, white beans, fresh parsley, potato starch, non-GMO canola oil, vinegar, ground sesame seeds, pure organic lemon juice, blackstrap molasses, fresh garlic, sea salt, fresh jalapeño peppers, sesame oil, black pepper.

Cooking instructions (burgers are fully cooked, do NOT thaw before heating):

Stove: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side in a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan. Let stand for 1 minute.

Barbecue: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side on a preheated and lightly oiled grill. Let stand for 1 minute.

Conventional or toaster oven: Place on a baking sheet with lightly oiled parchment paper in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute.
