The keto cleanse is just like our other super popular keto package, but mixed in with soup-based keto meals to make it easier for your stomach to digest all of the meat proteins and healthy fats you intake on the keto diet.
If you're new to keto, the ketogenic diet is a high-fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate diet. The diet forces the body to burn stored fat for energy compared to a typical standard American diet where you’re burning glucose.
How to eat? - Eat one keto meal per day and two keto soups per day for 7 days.
What to expect
** Ketosis kicks in after 3 or 4 days of eating less than 30-50 grams of carbohydrates per day –
The Ketogenic diet helps with:
- Less Hungry
- Improved Hormone Function
- More Youthful (Vibrant Skin)
- Burning more Body Fat
- Maintaining more Muscle
- More Alert & Focused (Brain Fuel)
Feed Your Brain... Feed It!
Like every other organ in your body, your brain requires nutrients to perform. Naturally, the better you feed your brain, the better you will become. The Brain CRAVES FAT! Diets high in healthy fats (Avocado, Salmon, Cheese, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil) help regenerate nerve function inside your brain, overall boosting memory, cognition, and alertness.
You can select the meats you would like to see in your package**, or if you don't select any meats then it will come with a variety of our best selling meals from the Lunch & Dinner menu, portion-controlled and ingredient controlled to make sure it is very low carb ( to meet keto needs). You can find the nutritional information for your meals on the Nutritional Information tab on our website.
***NNOTE*** Because everyone does their Keto diet differently, we DO have some coloured vegetables in some of the meals such as long green beans and roasted peppers.
** By selecting your meats you will see them in your package. However, due to very rare circumstances (economic supply), we cannot guarantee you will receive exactly what you selected
**Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss. Results vary depending upon starting point, goals, and effort.**
