Our organic Kalamata olives are hand-picked from a family orchard in Argolida, Peloponnese, Greece, where the finest olive groves are found. After the olives are hand-picked, they are cured with sea salt, local spring water and vinegar in the traditional way so that probiotics form. We do not use caustic sodas or dyes, which are common industry practices, making our olives healthier, fresher and better tasting. These will become an essential addition to your charcuterie board, simply eat them as a delicious and healthy snack, or try slicing them up for an extra burst of flavour in your salad!
